Ministries

At Hillcrest, we exist to reach, teach, and preach — and our ministries are where that happens. No matter your age or stage of life, there's a place for you on the hill to grow, connect, and serve.

Good to Know

Common Questions

I'm brand new — where do I start?

Start with a Sunday morning service at 8:30 or 11:00. Park in the visitor spaces near the front of the sanctuary, and our greeters will point you everywhere you need to go. Sunday School for all ages meets at 10:00.

What's here for my kids?

A secure, check-in/check-out nursery and preschool environment for newborns through age 5, Children's Church for K–2nd grade during 11:00 worship, and AWANA on Wednesday nights during the school year for ages 2 through 6th grade.

How do I join a Sunday School class or start serving?

Fill out the connect card and we'll match you with a class for your age and stage — or stop by the front desk on Sunday and we'll walk you there ourselves. Serving opportunities are open in every ministry.

How do I get baptized or join the church?

We'd love to talk with you. Reach out to Pastor David Rhodes (david@hillcrestbaptist.org), speak with any pastor after a service, or come forward during the invitation. We baptize new believers almost every Sunday.
